The residents of the creative community based in North London under the name of Vivid Studios are quite uniques.
I portrayed them before the beginning of London’s lockdown between the end of February and the beginning of March.
In every one of them I found that passion and determination that are required to pursue their artistic career.
I spent great time with them and I came out of those sessions enriched.
Between some talks and some silent, while I was photographing them, I could say that the conversation between me and them never stopped.
Some of those sessions lasted 5 minutes while other 20 minutes .
Once again I experienced that, even time somehow can become imperceptible on set. Is always really satisfying to feel something like this.
Vivid studios creative community
“Vivid Studios” is the name of this creative community.
The place is part of an old clothing manufacture complex called “Florentia Clothing Village”.
Their desire to become a cooperative arose throughout the years; the studios became attractive due to the desk share spaces and their multifunctional space studio where I portrayed them.
Somehow the atmosphere is unique as the community vibes are perceptible in those spaces. Artists immersed in their own work with the will of stay together.
